Re: 0 KB Audio Problem

That is pretty strange! What file format is your audio? Does it say it's more than 0 secs long? Can you import other sounds?

Re: 0 KB Audio Problem

Use something like audacity and export it as wav. It works usually then.

Re: 0 KB Audio Problem

Scratch is compatible with the mp3 format.

Re: 0 KB Audio Problem

What format is the audio in? That's probably the problem.

Re: 0 KB Audio Problem

Hey awesome58, it sounds like your importing a music file that Scratch has difficulty converting (this often happens with the case of MP3 files). You may want to use a music file converter (such as Audacity) to convert the music file into an uncompressed wav file before importing it into Scratch.  smile

All of that is true and you also have to convert itunes (MPEG4) to a wav format.

Actually, iTunes is .m4a file format, not .mp4 - while iTunes *can* play .mp4 files, what you buy off of iTunes is .m4a, which is AAC.
