What's wrong? In the original version is a shadow and in the Scratch version is just a black background!

I'm guessing for a drop shadow, you've done that in a different program and exported it into Scratch?
Checking the properties of that image, It's a PNG which I don't think Scratch can fully understand..
Anyway, try saving the start button as a GIF in whatever you used to create it, and then export it into Sratch and it should work

A bit better, but still terrible.
Well, since Scratch doesn't support transparency, you could creae a separate drop shadow in Scratch, with the ghost effect and a black box.
