Scratch Download Options

When I download Scratch, I always delete the sample projects, sprites, and sounds. Why do I do this? Because it takes up a lot of space on my computer, and I never use them anyway.

It is annoying having to delete all of those files when I install Scratch, so why don't we have the option to choose what we want to download?

When intalling, you should get a little message that says this:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

http://www.naturemusicdownload.com/images/checkBox.gif install sample projects

http://www.naturemusicdownload.com/images/checkBox.gif install sample sounds

http://www.naturemusicdownload.com/images/checkBox.gif install sample sprites

You can check whatever you want to install. Like my idea?

Re: Scratch Download Options

I don't worry about space, I have Scratch on my USB 230 GB hard drive  smile
Besides the point, sure, I guess it could work

I'm not that fussed anyway... but here's the main reason I'm posting this:

You're editing is always pristine!

Hmph enjoy your fall - I get a lovely spring... without pans of new leaves.

Re: Scratch Download Options

Well I know NSIS, the installation system used by Scratch... I can make an installer which lets you select what to install...
