Yes. Just go to Chirp.scratchr.org.

It just says,"the file link you requested is not valid". I'm using Firefox on a MacBook. Sometimes Firefox does that kind of thing with not being able to open files (but it's a lot better with running other things), so do I need Safari for it, or am I forever doomed to not have my own apps?

If you can't create a scratch to windows exe converter, is it possible to make your mac converter run on windows? That way, windows users can make .apps for distribution to mac users!
