Hey, I have some ideas for Mario projects!
<think[
Super Mario Bros/Land/World: Create a full remake of the game with original levels and all worlds and bosses. Use the same scrolling engine.
Super Mario 64: I've seen some remakes, but never a 120-star one! You could put one original level in one project, and the other 119 in other individual projects. Please put the levels as they are unlocked in the original game.
Super Mario Sunshine: I don't know much about this game, but you'll have to find a water nozzle thing.
More later, gotta go to bed....]

Many people seem to have that idea but it is very difficult to create these kinds of projects.

if U R really going to attempt a 120-start objective game and I can just about guarantee U will not finish making the game because it will overload scratch and it will take wayyyyyyyy to long to make

Ok, you could make it less simple, and after you get 1 star the game ends, but you also get a password that you must enter to go to level 2.

Sorry, but
a) complex 3-D object+environment design in Scratch is impossible
b) Doing the FIRST LEVEL of SMW with the exact same script that Nintendo used would also be impossible, much less all 8 maps
c) Scratch requires practice
d) None of the patients on Scratch will be willing to let you use themselves.
Yes, I had ambitions too. It'll pass.

Point b is incorrect. You can make a perfect clone of the original mario bros with arrays (this is also how it is done in the original) to hold level data.

Well, I don't know about arrays. Can one of you teach me?
