I think everyone who speaks Nihongo agrees we need a section for it, but first there are some bugs I've noticed, I have the Scratch website set to 日本語 and it may just be me, but the translations seem off, and of course the text positioning is a little bit longer than the English default setting.

I think it's a problem of CSS. CSS controls page layout.
Scratch wabsite uses global.css for all language.
There should be japanese.css for Japanese.

Yes, page layout is the main issue, I could rewrite browser resolution local to graphic displays, but that probably wouldn't work/ on my browser
