This project - a demo pre-cursor to the wandering knight, uses arrow keys to control the main character, although it does so by rotation rather than direction.

Never mind...Could anyone just make the Archer sprite, and then I'd do the rest of the game?

You know, it might be easier to use the Green Knight or the Green Swordsman instead. (On the other hand, having a ranged weapon would make the damage detection easier...) Another thing in a later game might be to use Stan or somebody with a lot of weapon choices, but that would be hard.

I have made a complete game using the 3D sprites. It doesn't have the animation scripts, though.
Development Log:
1.0 Uploaded half-completed version to show another Scratcher. Implemented first few enemies and spells.
2.0 Completed bonus zones, implemented first few enemies, all spells.
3.0 Implemented a few more enemies.
4.0 All enemies implemented!
4.1 Fixed glitch with arrows in the bonus zones.
4.2 Fixed a sprite that I had forgotten to click "don't rotate" on.
Elviad RPG β 4.2
I also created a couple mini-battles which work automatically.
Duel Experiment 1
Duel Experiment 2
I just realized, that if I import a few costumes, and redo the attack sprite, I could turn this into the Archer RPG itself!
