Added a new start up screen, front page and options screen to Wacky Races.

Enable sound first !

Race against 2 computer cars and 2nd player. Pick up bonuses.

Use arrow keys for Car 1, W,A,S,Z for Car 2.

Press N to change Car1 to different cars, with different features, or to change to bananas. Press M in banana mode to leave banana skins on track.

Collect the Parrot or missile (or banana!) for extra features. P to let the Parrot fly, space to launch the missile.

For Car 2 press C to change car, b for bananas, t for the parrot, and e to launch missiles (or bananas !?)
