Download the image onto your computer, import it into Scratch and Voila!

Re: how do i post an image in scratch?

I think s/he sort of wanted more specific answers, like how to import it into Scratch.

Download the image to your computer. You can do this on Windows by right-clicking on it and selecting Save as, I dunno about other OSes. Then, in Scratch, create a new sprite. In the paint editor, select "import", I believe, and find your image. You're done! You can import it directly without going into the paint editor, but I don't recommend that; doing it through the paint editor means it will automatically be centered.
