Whenever I have an acronym as the only word in the subject of one of my posts and put it in all caps, it appears to lowercase itself. Why is this?
(Btw, the subject of this message is in all caps)

This is a problem when you want an acronym there (like my XHTML5 post).

As a couple others have pointed out, it's to keep people from posting in all caps. I'm not entirely sure why either, but it's most likely just because it's a bit disruptive to try to read things posted in all caps.

Yeah, that's a good idea. When I made my XHTML5 post, it changed it to Xhtml5.
