Naming Costumes Bug

AAAA! I am really annoyed with scratch at the moment. It keeps changing the names of costumes with numbers at the end, even if all the costumes have different names!!

I'll call this the rage-at-costumes bug. Or maybe just the rage bug.

Re: Naming Costumes Bug

Hey, I have a solution. Say you have two costumes:

costume3
costume4

You want to rename these costume1 and costume2 but you can't.

Switch their names to something like this (or something TOTALLY random):

a
b

Now try to rename them to what you want and it works. Ensure you rename costume1 first, or it will switch to costume3.

Re: Naming Costumes Bug

The autonumbering 'feature' can be annoying.
Try adding a space or any other character to the end of your costume names.

All them things work, but you cant name something 1 without it switching it to 11. I'd rather it displayed an error than automatically renaming stuff.
