Scratch

I've been working on an IC (Integrated Circuit) that allows you to program to its chip by flipping switches on and off. It currently has three switches, 3 LED's, an input and output cable, a system light, and 3 bits of memory. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for things to add to it. If enough people are interested, I'll post a project of the final version.
