Considering the file size limits and processing limits of Scratch, this might not be the easiest thing to do. Even the lists have a length limit, so you would need massive lists that somehow would contain all the information it would need stored. Also it would probably need to run in turbo to make any progress scanning the lists for what it needs. If you really want to try to make something like this then you would somehow have to create a massive database of... basically everything. It's probably possible, just would be slow and time consuming.

It'll go way over the 10 MB limit. For the questions about the world, that's basically what Watson did. They needed time, way more experience than we have, about 100-ish TB, and money.
