I mean, it's really not that hard to type a 15 letter password just to delete a project

Support! Definitely a good plan, but the separate password for logging in and deleting should be diferent, if we're trying to ramp up security.
Why are the secret organizations getting all the attention?

It would still be useful in situations in which you do not log out properly, or a cookie glitches.
