Here is a new way to scroll.

It's only a test and i'm still working on it, so yeah

What it does is it uses the map (in the center). A dot scans 16 blocks and adds the results to the list. Finally, another block "prints" the result according to the list

I'm guessing that you can make more detailed versions, like using 64 instead of 16.
