Shouldn't it be named 4 because it's 4 games in one?

I would play it though.

I don't know what half life and left 4 dead is, but I'm assuming that it would be a 3-d fighting game (if on the very slim chance they made it). You would specify battlegrounds from all the different games and some of the battlegrounds would have weapon restrictions and such. There would be a portal field, a battleground from team fortress 2 (never played it), and all of that. There would also be different characters with weapon specialties, like chell and mastery with the portal gun and epic jumping skills.

Anyone see it going any different?

All the games he mentioned are currently on their second iteration, and it's a common joke that Valve can't count to 3, because they have never made a game simply called [game name] 3. Thus, it would be Half-life 3 + Portal 3 + L4D3 + TF3 --> 3.

As for my idea? Black Mesa teams up with the Combine to infect the world's population with a zombie virus. You play as Gordon Freeman, who shoots portals and enemies and doesn't afraid of anything. :P

i cant get past the part with the army :(
anyway, this game would be so weird that i dont even know what to say
i think half-life and portal can come together in some way though

but for the L4D & TF2 thing, Black Mesa opens a time portal for assistance and in comes L4D and TF2 because the Combines are too great for Freeman and friends.

and then gordon blows up the ship thing and everything is fine

Oh, I assumed it would be something like The Orange Box rather than a spinoff.

or would half a team be coming out of portals leading to a fortress in the third dimension?

I'd honestly think this game's shining point would be multiplayer. Your thoughts?

It would be made of all the best parts of Versus mode in L4D2, TF2, the Portal 2 co-op, and every multiplayer mod for HL2 ever.
