I am a former RS player. I am intrigued by RPGs and want to make my own MMORPG. Do you know of any sites that allow people to make their own MMORPG?
What I am looking for:
1) free, no download, no having parent's permission to activate account
2) for starters, easy, no bizzare program talk
3) Good quality in designing RPGs

I will tell you right now you cannot make an entire MMORPG in-browser, as a kid, without programming, and with quality.
This is just the truth. I'm fairly sure they don't even make something to easily create MMOs.
MMOs are made by huge teams of people working for a long time and require tons of server power if they have a decent player amount.

Im not asking for something too big, just a small rpg that lets you have one or two server worlds and some of the stuff is already pre- built.

I very much doubt there is any sort of make your own rpg thing out there, it's like soupoftomato said, they're made of tons of programmers working on code for a long time. So uh unless you learn some code you're out of luck.

TWO SERVER WORLDS?
You expect the company to host TWO SERVERS FOR YOU?

Yes but, you realize there would have to be a company to help you do this and make you the programs right?
Every server on an MMO is a different computer.
So unless you are running those, I don't think a company is lending you two computers anytime soon.

Yeah, if you do something like this, it will take money, lots of servers, programming knowledge, and time.

true. Thx for bringing me to my senses.

This is near impossible to do. Bethesda softworks, the creator of Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, and The Pirates of the Carribean Video games have just recently started developing an elder scroll MMORPG. Because it takes many programmers many years for many hours a day to create an mmorpg. Not to mention the thousands of servers you would need.
Lego recently closed down their attempt at an mmorpg. Their servers couldn't handle it.

i shall request for this thread to be closed.

Before you close this, I might mention I'm working on something quite similar to this...

If you'd like to start doing things like this, I recommend Multimedia Fusion Developer 2 (or just MMF2 regular,) with the Lacewing extension (just Google it, I'm not allowed to link you.)
