All that's in Wreck-It Ralph, a new Disney CGI movie coming out this November. For those of you who don't know, it's about vidya-game characters (gaaasp!) coming to life. More specifically, about a Donkey-Kong-esque villain who's sick of being the bad guy. Called Wreck-It Ralph.

So is using licensed characters a cool maneuver, or a cheap trick?

I want Portal references, maybe even a cameo of GLaDOS or the Cake or a turret or Chell or Wheatley... pff, ANYTHING Portal should be in there, especially for being a videogame movie. :U

Looks awesome. I hope there's more game references (Minecraft or Zelda, anyone?)

If you want something to do while Scratch is down, check out tbgs.tk! It's the new version of the (closed) Scratch TBGS, run by Scratchers! I'm going to spend most of my time there, anyway.

It's not about vidya game characters coming to life, its about one vidya game villian sick of being the villian and trying out other games.
