The most common one is probably 000webhost, but I prefer 1freehosting. Statistically the best one should be Powrhost (unlimited bandwidth, databases, email addresses, basically everything's unlimited), but there's bound to be some sort sort of catch, which is why I don't use it. The only thing that makes 000 better than 1FH is that the support is free (there's support forums), whereas with 1FH you have to open a ticket, which costs money.

I've never had any issues. It sometimes becomes unresponsive to new clicks for whatever reason, but all I have to do is go back and then return to it again and it works.

Well, if it's for a game, I go with PowrHost. in general, 000webhost. 000 dont allow gaming scripts, PowrHost do.

The only catch with PowrHost is that there is a small text ad of free unlimited hosting on every page.

Website builders like weebly and webs are useful if you want a quick polished website, but doesn't provide nearly as much customisation features as a self-coded website 

I use weebly currently, but recently I thought about making a website without weebly.

Sourceforge is the most reliable. But it only works if 1. you want a personal development page or 2. you want a program webpage.
(You can do PHP and mysql  )

I am planning on programming games in the near future. I might use Powrhost then.

Lol. That's hosted with PowrHost.

Also, I've had really annoying downtime issues with 000webhost. I really recommend you use PowrHost. It's only $0.96 a YEAR to get rid of the ads.

1FreeHosting is free (as implied in the name) and doesn't have any ads.
