Great question - I think a really useful website is Scratch Resources, a website where Scratchers can upload their own scripts, images, and sounds for each other to use. There's plenty of music and art to use for all kinds of games and projects.
Also, since this isn't really a question about scripts, I moved it to the Questions about Scratch forum.
