Change Project Licenses
Scratch projects uploaded to the website should be licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial ShareAlike License. Scratch is free, and scratch projects are free, so remixes of scratch projects should be free, don't you think? Also, since a lot of scratchers (examples here and here and here) use this license, and a lot of other works outside of scratch use it, all these works will be usable in scratch projects.
This could be complicated, because you can't revoke a creative commons license. However, to solve this problem, the all previously uploaded projects could be available under both licenses once the author "upgrades" them.

I made a suggestion like this before, andresmh brought up some interesting point in why he doesn't want to change the license, such as the issue of Scratch code and projects in books. I guess I could bring CC license talks with the other members of the ST again while Scratch 2.0 is in development?
