There's only one problem... (maybe two?)
The iOS dev fee is $99 per year. Perhaps they can charge 99¢ for the app or something, but... (consider that one or two, but there are solutions... yet I'm not sure if the Scratch Team will be willing to do this... someone else could, however, like for the first app...)
However, if you are an educational institution, you can get it for free, and remember that Scratch is developed by MIT.

And the Scratch program is free, so the app should be free too.

Apple will still charge you the outrageous $99/year, even if your app is free. I already said the only way out. However, I think MIT qualifies as an educational organization.

With RHY's javascript player, possiblyWill the player work on mobile devices?
haven't yet checked myself, but it's javascript, so why shouldn't it?
It does work, but none of the default projects provide a way that only uses the mouse, no keys. I thought Contrast HQ would work but you have to press space to start

Yeah, and I'm pretty sure they can make it so a keyboard shows up, and maybe they can add arrows to the screen.

^ Yeah.
It would be free and easier to make a web app with JavaScript @ the domain m.scratch.mit.edu

I totally support it. I have my own iPhone, and I want a good app.

If whenever we receive a new message, scratch sent an email to you, we could connect it to any device that supports email.

Yeah, but I guess we didn't have to do email, just notifications to your device, and you can turn certain types off and on, or all of them off.

Hmm... I found a problem with this. If a project like a game requires you to use arrow keys or press any keys, it wont work on a mobile device because the keyboard only comes up when your typing.
