Record Sound block
If I somehow missed this block in the prototype, then you can close this.
I think there should be a record sound block, so you can make a sprite say whatever you want to online! You could also possibly use it to make sort of a phone project, that records sound on one end, and then plays it, so you could talk! Just something that popped into my head, thought I would ssuggest.

If I understand you right, you can record sounds. Click on sounds then hit Record New

I mean a block that will start recording a sound made by a regular viewer, on the site, not the creator neccessarily.
