sum1 help again!! im so sry....
im almost done with my game......i just need to add sum video clips and a few other things and ill b finished!! plz tell me how 2 add video clips......im kinda new here........

Video playback is not supported in Scratch. But some have still figured out how to make videos by importing frames of a video and animating them all together.
Here's an example where they used the free VirtualDub software to get the still frames:

im creating a fighting game.....and i need to insert just a short clip of an attack 4 each character.......can i do this? If so, plz show me how... cuz this is wat i mean.....
if u dont get wat im saying, search for mew mew power fighting game and play the game, after u choose the character, click on battle, then weapon, then power. i want 2 insert a video clip like those. just not mew mew power type......
