Glitch in my project! I need help!!!!

I just made a dress up project. When you play, you can't drag the clothes on the girl. How do I fix that?

Click the lock http://i45.tinypic.com/bhn1xt.png so it looks unlocked then you can drag clothes in presentation mode. This method is less glitchy. To make a dragging method exactly like the lock method is very advanced and involves mouse x, old x, x position and all that, really advanced. I mean, I could do it if you gave me time, but yeah.

Particularly this is the complex alternative of clicking the lock. (basically only for showing off) Of course you have the simple method and just clicking the lock to fall back onto.
