Try downloading it again and I suggest you use a better topic name because tons of posts have been named Help! and they are often ignored

I think he/she means that when he downloaded 1.3 it came with no smaple projects.

I would make a backup copy of my projects to some area on my desktop for safe keeping. Then I would try downloading and installing version 1.3 again. During the installation, let it go to the default location and see if that helps.
