A program to convert .sb files to .sb2
That's a very good idea, but the Scratch Team has already thought about it, I think
Do it before them
It's a challenge
Um, it's probably going to be released with Scratch 2.0, and we require that to know the file format. That's not going to work out so well.

I didn't realize you were him. I remember wanting to join ya'll a long time ago. And I actually was about to join but then something strange happened - I don't remember. Ls had asked me if I wanted to join.
Well, cool. Now I know more about you than I thought I did.You are in my Skype contacts, but I never see you online.
Also, you must have asked LS about joining, not me. I don't remember that.
And you didn't realize I was who? Jacob?
I uninstalled skype a year and a half ago.
I asked him first, and we only talked a little.
And yeah, I didn't know you, jvvg, was Jacob.

That may explain why you haven't ever been on since then *removes from contacts*
Ok. We've gotten a couple requests for joining, and we're discussing them now.
Well, now you do.

Thanks to XenoK, we have created some new forums. The forums are now:
-Announcements
-Questions, bugs, and glitches
-Reviews
-General discussion
-Current events
-Suggestions
-Off-topic
We renamed the support forum to "Questions, bugs, and glitches" because we already have a support ticket system.
If you have any bugs, you can either post them in the forums or submit a support ticket.

Not anymore. And you're not hiring anyone, after all.

We ended up saying no to all of them.

Dear Scratchers,
Does anyone have any idea as to what we could make next?
A page monitoring chrome app.

Would that be something that tells you when a webpage updates?

Yes, but more fancy. There could be three options, 1. Alert upon any change 2. Alert when text "something" appears 3. Alert when text "something" leaves.
Then, you could choose how you want to be alerted (Email or Chrome pop up or something) and if you want a screenshot taken of the change.

I'm still learning the basics of Chrome app development, but LS and I could try it.
However, it would probably be easier to make a Windows app for that.

We are creating a lot of projects this summer.
We wish to keep them confidential until they are at least in beta.
However, the update retriever that stevetheipad suggested is on the list of projects to develop.

News:
Jacob has made a cool new support system which is hopefully easier to use and won't put you off asking questions! You can find it at the usual support page

This is not to be confused with FutureSight, Inc.
Can you take this out, because FutureSight no longer exists.
Done.
Btw, here are 3 of the items on our list of things to do:
-Finish support ticket system
-Create the website update retrieve desktop/Chrome app
-Finish EasyTab Mac
Oh, and, this FutureSight does still exist.

Just so you know, chrome apps are image links to a specific page on a website. What you are making is an extension.
I think he knows, he's made a Chrome app before.

There are also Chrome apps that install. It stores an HTML file that you can access as an app.

HTML and any other resource, so technically anything you do in an extension can be done in an app.
The actual difference between an app and an extension is that an app is always a "fullscreen" page that acts by itself, whereas an extension is like a plugin that is invisible or has a small menu and that is made to interact directly with the open page.

Today, we are changing the look of the site. The site is now blue instead of purple. I hope you all like it.
Feel free to give us some feedback!
Edit: the new look is not on the forums yet, that is coming next

Now two blue-themed software companies made by Scratchers.
I hope people don't think we're big enemy companies...we're completely different.

I just did that because blue was my favorite color and I didn't like the purple.
The color scheme will change every once in a while.
