I love it. It's really fun looking at sites like Google where it's just a white page with the text "Google". :3

i dont think so
my understanding is that you cant alter the pages on wayback, just say "huh, there it is"
the only way you could implement any sort of feature is if it was completely temporary so you could screw around with the page (change text or whatever) and itd all reset later
