Actually, according to the Alpha site, you should provide feedback (and report bugs) on this survey.

That's not for reporting bugs. That's for sharing your ideas on how to improve, etc. -- it'd be much better to report them in the forums because 1) it may be that you're just doing something wrong, and if you report it in the forums people can help you solve it, and 2) it'll get noticed more in the forums. Plus nowhere does it say that that survey's for reporting bugs, it says "What do you think of this Scratch 2.0 prototype?", which sounds like they're asking for ideas, not bug reports.
