I'm making a Minecraft server.

However, I have some questions.

1. Would Dropbox be able to host the map? Some person on YouTube said that you could.

2. Is there a good map that I could use for a server?

3. When I try to turn Creative mode on, it stays as Survival. How could I fix this?

Sorry if I sound like a noob.

Re: I'm making a Minecraft server.

1. Dropbox can host Minecraft servers. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think Dropbox is a lot like Hamachi, you both have to be on.

2. I think a map made by you would be a better map then on online. You can make your own spawn, town, etc.

3. No idea, sorry.

As far as i know, dropbox is only a file-sharing site, so it probably can't host servers.
3. Are you using Vanilla MC? if so, change to bukkit  tongue
Then make sure you are doing /gamemode (username) 1 for creative or 0 for survival
