Something fascinating about the Bible, which not many people know about, is it's amazing scientific accuracy. For instance, here's what Job 26:7 says: "He is stretching out the north over the empty place, Hanging the earth upon nothing." Notice that last bit. "Hanging the earth upon nothing." Not on the back of a tortoise or whatever, like many people believed. But, quite rightly, hanging upon nothing. The fact that that scripture, something written thousands of years ago, says something like that, is just one of the reasons I believe the Bible is divinely inspired.
not to be offensive or nothin, but please refrain from phrases like this, they may lead to religous debates which are against the community guidelines
He isn't starting a debate, if someone else decided to argue that point, they would be in violation of the guidlines, not calebxy.

I'm very good at using technicalities to my advantage, not dishonestly or anything like that, but loopholes are my specialty.

but this is a dangerous and possibly provoking idea, its not a good plan to even mention it unfortunatley

Uhh..I could go either way. I see the possibilities of what could happen, and as far as the guidlines are concerned, you aren't allowed to make a derrogatory comment and get away with it, so I could still go either way. I wouldn't put it past someone to ignore the guidlines, but if they're followed, no problem.

I'm probably one of the least religious people around. I'm not against the Bible though, it has some good morals. And my name is from a biblical character actually! >_< Unfortunately it is always ridiculously misspelled.

The Bible has been proven to be true in everything that's scientifically and historically provable. The advice given in there works nearly every time, and the historical record is accurate too.

Okay - this feels like a deliberate attempt to be provocative.
I'm going to close this now while we discuss whether we need to make a policy change.
Please hold.
