Why is the server down?
I un-forwarded the port because I was experiencing extreme lag while web browsing, taking minutes to load a web page in Chrome for iPad. I thought it was my router getting overloaded, and that IF people were on the server they would be lagging badly. I think I will reforward them tomorrow, because I think it was about my DNS server (possibly messed up by the Leap Second) and when I switched to Google Public DNS it worked fine again.

Why a transparent l? to avoid an anti-caps filter?
People might like to tell you "follow your dreams, it doesn't matter how much money you have, just follow your dreams." If a server host let people use their services for free, they would be getting no money. If they got no money, they could not pay for the bills for the rent (or mortgage) of the building they host the server in, the electricity, or the internet service. In other words, if they didn't charge to rent a server they couldn't host the servers in the first place.
I am an unemployed 13 year old, so I don't think I could legally get a job if I wanted to.
