Why don't I have permission for anything in Factions+?? I'm faction admin, so whats the deal here?

Well, I know why dxmiscool is banned.  I was online when he did it.  He spammed the chat 4 times very quickly with... a rather bad term to use on scratch.  He was the probably banned for hacking/spamming by NC.

Doesn't mean i hsould be banned

They are welcome to go ahead and kick anyone from their faction.  After all, anarchy rules.
As for the cursing, there really is no way to prove that.  You can't upload the pictures to Scratch, so the only way would be either send the link via reporter, or have the admin on when it happens

Or look in the logs, or see it happen (which I did)

i am normaly repelled by pvp servers. i figured i'd have a better chance in a faction.

Unscheduled maintenance. We will be back soon with the Multicraft server wrapper, the same one used by dedicated hosts. That means remote access (easier restarts), installation of plugins, etc.
