Setting the "forward" line

How do I put the blue line on the sprite in the top part a certain way?

By clicking at and dragging it to the position you want. Or you could use the

turn cw (15) degrees
block.

I wanted the sprite's forward a certain way.

Then you half to rotate the costume instead. Click Edit next to the costume and use the rotate buttons in the image editor. All costumes should be drawn facing right.
