Im making a texture pack
tell me your email on my projects if you want it, but im not done yet! im making it on my iPod touch and its 16x16 so its pretty [removed].

I think you should just download Paint.net and make it on the computer. I've remixed a few texture packs (one being OCD by Disco_), all in Paint.net.
I made a MC texture pack! Get it at planetminecraft!
