You should be able to select your own theme in the "Display" category on profile. Many PunBB-Hosting forums have this option. I use GreenPun everywhere.

I support changing it to your own color, but not to your own theme.

Then all the text written in #dedfdf would become visible, unless the background colour stayed the same. I would like PunOxygen though. ;_;

Then users wouldn't have the same view, and how complicated would it make for people to tell each other? "See the blue bar above posts?" "What blue bar? It's green!" "I don't know then, someone else can help." "You must have changed your theme. They're the same thing with different colors."

Actually, I believe you should be allowed to say you don't support -- if the only posts were saying "I support", it would give the illusion that the idea's a great one, when there could be ten users who don't support but just aren't saying so. It probably would've been better if he'd gave a reason though.

Hehe, it's not just my forums though, all FluxBB forums have this feature built-in, some just don't choose to use it. It wouldn't be hard to achieve either, just uncheck "Force users to use default theme".

if everyone didn't say anything then the thread poster probably would have gotten the idea that it isn't a good suggestion

I don't see how this would be a problem. If the goal of the upcoming scratch is to enhance creativity and collaboration on the web, why not let users use their creativity to customize the scratch website? I support!

I don't support for the reasons given above. If you want to change the style, just use a browser extension like Stylish.
