I would like to put a picture from my computer on my siggy. Could someone tell me how?

You'll have to upload the image to an image hosting website (eg. imageshack, photobucket). When you upload the file, the website will give you a link to use for forum posts. Paste the link into your signature and add BBCode tags around the link like this:

[img]link-goes-here[/img]
