If only Scimonster hadn't deleted the cookies (yum! Especially homemade ones!) when he used my computer, I would be able to go on!
Seriously! Whoah!

I've just spent 10 minutes removing all the block spam posts from this thread. Just a reminder to the many people who did so: block spam is not appreciated, it's a waste of everyone's time, thanks!

Wow, great job sparks! @everyone else Remember you can use the Scratchblocks testing area thread for testing the Scratchblocks system.

I want to build one! Watch my projects!
Your own brother doesn't let you sneak a few glances every once in a while at 2.0?

Wow, I'm very excited about Scratch 2.0...but this is probably bad timing for bringing out a Flash-based project. So Scratch 3.0 will be done in HTML5 I assume. I don't use Apples, but that is a lot of tools that kids and schools use that won't be able to run it.

Like the webcam detection thing, I don't see how they would get that to work

I predict that you're going to be spending a lot more time removing spam, I see more blocks.

It doesn't really make sense, but it is apparently a thing.

Hi everyone,
Scratch Day is a worldwide network of gatherings, where people come together to meet other Scratchers, share projects and experiences, and learn more about Scratch. We hope that you'll be able to attend an event near you (explore the map at http://day.scratch.mit.edu) -- or that you'll celebrate Scratch Day and Scratch's fifth birthday with others in the online community.
As a part of Scratch Day celebrations around the world, the current prototype of Scratch 2.0 will be publicly available from May 17 through May 21 -- and you can check out some of the new features in this preview video.
Just visit alpha.scratch.mit.edu between May 17 and May 21 to explore the current version of the prototype and give feedback about your experiences!
Happy Scratch Day!
Karen, on behalf of the MIT Scratch Team and Scratch Day Team
I cant wait!!!
