Well, I think Cloud Variables are anonymous, and people wouldnt type their last name... And if there was a project "WHAT IS UR CREDIT CARD" then I think we will be suspicious...

There is no verification of identifying data possible using a Scratch project, so if you're concerned, just don't give your real name/phone number/email. I don't really view this as a threat.
