It is. It's coming soon. You (probably) have scratch 1.4.1. Scratch was once 1.1 (I've been around that long). They update every 2 years (approx.)

Your problem is that posts which contain no lowercase letters are censored so that only the first character in each word can be capitalised. While :D produces the smiley, the censored :d doesn't.
