Making a game can vary from extremely complex to moderately difficult. But, really, it is impossible to help someone make a game unless they have a specific game in mind, as the scripting of every game is different. What kind of game do you want to make?

I think the easiest way to make a game is to first look at the sample projects that come with Scratch. Just add different features and remix them to make your own games.
