By singing it, your saying that you WANT it to come out as soon and as good as it possibly can come out. Basically to make sure it comes out as good as it can.

That's what the ST is doing already. 
There's nothing wrong with creating remix chain supporting Scratch 2.0, but there's no need to hound the ST to get the job done. Time to go over things is actually what the ST needs right now to get Scratch 2.0 done (things are never achieved quickly), so give then the time to get it done. Scratch 2.0 will come out when it's good, stable, and ready to be released to the public.
