I suggest that you can "link" your account with another's. Where, if you link your account to another's, the account you linked to can post projects, change project notes, and create/add-to galleries.
You would press a button under your friend list called "Link your account", where there would be a page of information and a continue button, when you press that button, you would have to provide your password (for safety) until you can select who you want to link to. After providing your password, you would press continue and a list of your friend list would pop up. You would click whichever person there you would want to link to and they would then be linked.
The person would have to accept it or ignore it after getting a notification. It would automatically be ignored after a month if the person doesn't respond. When you would have a linked account, only the account holder (not the linked account) would see a list of all the accounts it's linked to and can delete/edit the power they have over your account. When they edit it 4 checkboxes would be checked for a newly linked, with this:
[X]Ability to add projects
[X]Ability to change project notes
[X]Ability to create galleries
[X]Ability to add projects to my galleries
And to delete there would be an "x" that you could click.
Also, in case someone posts something really inappropriate there would be for projects that were uploaded from a linked account saying
uploaded from USERNAMES account
to not ban the original account when they had nothing to do with it.
This would be useful because you could:
1.) link your test account to your original to have it be more manageable
2.) when working on a collaboration you don't have to go to a different website to secretly say usernames and passwords, you could just have one person create the account and link it to all the others
3.) let your friends help you edit your project notes and be able to put in the project notes that the account holder is away and not be answering comments
