Ok.
I would like to be a green t-rex with red spikes. My card color would be purple. My skills would be Collab (take a random card from the other person without looking at what it is), and 60 Second Rule (Subtract 4 hp from the opponent)
If those are overpowered, tell me.

Not sure what my pic for a card would be like, but as for the ability I'd like something fairly aggressive (making me a Dark card, most likely). Something like:
"When playing this card, you may reduce it's Defense to half. If you do so, your opponent discards the top card from his/her deck."
If you're still going with 14 cards in the deck (which still sounds insane to me), discarding just one card would already be a pretty strong ability.

Because it's not really a strategy game like yugioh, it's more like building a small deck that works really well together, so it doesn't need as much cards. And dinoclor, do you want to be a dinosaur or a monster because dinosaurs fit in the Aquatic/Reptile color

Oh, so it's meant to be a fairly simple card game focused on characters. I actually kinda want to see how a card game with tiny decks would turn out, here in Chile there used to be a soccer TCG of sorts that had really tiny decks too.

This sounds like a cool project! You can count other Scratchers' posts using the search page! Just search by author and set "Show results as:" to "posts". There are 25 posts per page (if you have the standard posts-per page setup, so you can do
((numberOfPages - 1) * 25) +numberOfPostsOnLastPage
That gives me 4343 posts, making me level 4

Here's an idea: 
The circles hold the stats in this order: Type, Level, Attack, HP, Turn Timer. The big oval is for the picture, and the bottom box is for the abilities.
There's also another idea we were considering, having Tabs on the cars for different sections, including attack and defense, abilities, and flavour text, with each tab having the picture (or maybe a 4th picture tab)

That last idea looks good too, but it lacks space for effect/flavor text.

Well there is a need for like 'Deck Master' type cards that make you lose the battle if they die. It'd be easier to implement than 'life points'. I was thinking of having Scratch Team members be those cards but I don't know how we would draw them since the artist can't draw humans well. And yeah the cards would have been pimped out with photoshop effects and filters but we were still working on the basic design.
