How Do You Make Scrolling Screen!?

I have tried and tried and never get it. Why, oh, why is this so difficult? I really want to know haw to make a scrolling screen. I really really want to know. Help, please! 8(

Check out the Scratch Wiki. It helped me when I had questions about scrolling.
