I think Scratch should have an app for iPod, iPhone, Android, etc. It could tell you if you have a message, and you could watch other projects! ^^ It could also have an option to create your own projects for the website ^^

You can also use the iSwifter browser on an iPad to run projects on the website, once you login and switch to the Flash player. However, input is extremely limited (you can do a mouse click - but that's pretty much it, as far as I can find) and performance is variable.
