Download it by going to the download link above the project notes. Make the changes you want, go to "Share", "Share this project online", fill in the details, click "OK", and you're done.

That's right. I was having trouble figuring that out, too. I never noticed that it was right above the project notes!
Here's a screenshot that i took to clear it up:
You just click on the link that says the project's name.
