Hey!
I'm busy making a new font, and it's called Circle+. When I'm done, I'll post a download link. I don't really know when I'll be done... I'll also post a compressed .zip file containing the original .SVGs. (All SVG files are made with Inkscape.)
when gf clicked open [Inkscape v] repeat until <all characters made?> make character [next unmade character v] add (most recently made character) to [all characters v] end if <not <FontForge Installed?>> download [FontForge v] install [FontForge v] end open [FontForge v] Import (all characters) into [fontforge v] save as [ttf v] upload [ttf v] share [ttf v]

You can use FontForge, although it's relatively difficult on Windows.

That's exactly what I'm using! I'm using a Japanese pre-built version for Windows (http://www.geocities.jp/meir000/fontforge/fontforge-cygwin_2012_04_11.zip extract contents and take out the line that says "set LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8" in the fontforge.bat file, then make a shortcut to it on desktop. Then it should work fine). I'm using Inkscape to make the letters.
