No, but follow the falling bits with your eyes and the one that drops right when the sound plays is most likely the Dissolver acid dude.

If there is a cheat, look for a walkthrough online. I used it for some slightly tricky parts in the game, but I had a friend do the carrot part. Im such a cheater :3

I failed it once or twice, but all you really have to do is eat them quickly, really.

In my opinion, Dark Star's tougher than the final boss (his attacks are harder to dodge than Dark Bowser's).

I think thats true. That move where he makes a bunch or dark fog then attacks was annoying. I beat him after 5-10 tries though. The game wouldn't be any good if it wern't challenging.
