This is going to sound ultra-n00bish, but is jsfiddle anything more than an online HTML/JS/CSS sandbox?

yes lolz it also saves u from having to maintain loads of files on yourself , allows u to quick template stuff say for instance first approach is to make a html , js , css page
::
1. MAKE NEW FILE
2. PUT BASE SEMANTICS
3. IMPORT LIBRARIES
-----------------------------
[ even if u make a template its still highly hard to mantain all the files on your hard-disk and manage em when you are on the fly , i code on my android , ipad , laptop , desktop and its kinda insane to keep all the files on a cloud when i am sure they are just experments ]
Jsfiddle allows you rapid prototyping
// see the src code
// you can basically decide how to wrap your js code , the onload , addEvent etc
// decide whats the wrapper of your html
etc .

And how would I use this, or can I not use it?
I would assume that you can use this for your own webpages by copying the code and putting it in your files. It'd be nice if it came with hosted .css and .js files.

You should make a site with these themes.
